At Universal Audio, we stand by the quality of our professional audio interfaces and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in the original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and deactivate any digital licenses, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
